Butter Beans and bacon.

Butter beans, bacon and tomatoes.
2 x 14oz Cans Butter Beans. Rinsed.
2 Tbsp any oil.
1 Onion, roughly chopped.
6 slices Bacon, chopped.
1 Tbsp dried Marjoram.
1 Tsp Paprika.
1 Can Chopped tomatoes.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Method
Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the onion and bacon.
About 5 minute, until the onion is soft.
Stir in the marjoram and paprika, cook a further 2 minutes.
Add the chopped tomatoes and the butter beans.
Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve with some crusty bread.
