Marmite Bread Pudding

Who doesn't love Marmite?
Ingredients
600ml Milk
8 slices bread
40g Butter
Marmite, to taste
10 slices mature cheddar
50g cooked ham
4 large eggs
1 Tbsp Chopped Chives
Method
Preheat the oven to 180C. Spread 4 slices of bread with butter and Marmite.
Top each slice with 2 Cheddar slice, then ham and another piece of bread.
Cut the sandwiches into quarters and arrange in an oven proof dish.
In a jug, whisk the eggs, milk, chive and some seasoning.
Pour the mixture over the bread and gently press down.
Leave to soak for at least 15 minutes.
Rip up the remaining Cheddar slices and dot over the pudding.
Cook for about 40 minutes until golden and set.
